Singlefin 9.0

Last year I shaped my first board. It was a 6.0 fish--blue, twin fin, extra wide, etc. It rides well and stuff. But it was an anxious process for me. I thought I was going to screw it up at nearly every step.

This year I began a longboard, inspired by surfboard maker Tyler and the film Singlefin Yellow. After buying the blank I tried to follow the template for Tyler Surfboards' Mini-Zeke. After a cold spring and mild summer here is the final product.

From what I hear Dale the board rides like a charm. This is your first board over 7' isn't it?!? Ha! Keep Trim, jb
